Andrew is the instructor other driving instructors come to when they need to pass their own Part 2 and Part 3 exams. Holding the IAM Masters distinction, RoSPA Gold, and the DVSA Cardington Special A pass, Andrew sits at the top of the UK civilian advanced driving ladder.

## Coaching Philosophy

Andrew teaches the same Roadcraft system whether his client is a teenage driver who just passed their test or a serving ADI preparing for Cardington. The framework doesn't change with the audience, the explanation does. That comes from years of coaching across the full range, from first-time drivers to instructors-of-instructors, and from holding himself to the standards of the tests he qualifies others to take.

The mark of a good advanced driver is how ordinary it looks from the passenger seat. Andrew coaches towards that quietness: the smooth gear change, the early observation, the corner taken at exactly the right speed. When the driving stops looking like effort, the system is doing its job.
