Advanced Driving Courses

An outstanding instructor, experienced and skilled both as a driver but also someone who can pass on his skills. He was also prepared to share other aspects of his experience such as analysis of my car including tyres, and some other aspects of a 36 year old Porsche and went over and above. I would recommend Nick and this course to anyone who has experience of driving but is new to driving a performance car safely and enjoyably on public roads. Fantastic day!

Thank you for a great day at Millbrook learning how to handle my car in a much more advanced way and explore its limits in conditions that are difficult to replicate during normal driving.

By the end of the day, I felt much more confident in controlling the car when circumstances demand more than many drivers might expect. One of the key takeaways was understanding how much I could trust the car’s automated systems for protection. Learning how to manage the same situations without those systems (manually) took things to a whole new level.

The experience was only topped by the opportunity to drive at high speeds on the bowl — absolutely thrilling!

I really enjoyed my advanced driving session with Alan. Although I was nervous at first and unsure of what to expect, Alan put me at ease immediately and we soon settled into what was an exciting and very informative drive. I learned so much about my driving and the improvements I need to make, and my confidence as a driver has grown already. I got home exhausted but happy. Definitely recommend Alan to anyone wishing to spend a day learning from a pro.

The morning of the course, I wondered why I was going to put myself through this! When I met Will on Sunday morning I could not have wished for a nicer person to sit next to me all day and drive around Kent in the sunshine. Will calmed my frayed nerves within seconds and I was soon driving about with renewed confidence. The course was well structured for breaks and lunch. We did some highway code road signs as we drove, some of which I had parked in the darkest place in my brain, but with encouragement soon my memory coming back into play. Will taught me how to be actively aware of what's going on behind and in front, commentating as we drove, being aware of hazards etc. I have found myself commenting out loud in the car now - completely aware of my surroundings. Would I do it again - yes Would I recommend this course - yes Thank you will for a memorable day and for sharing your knowledge. I am confident I am a better driver because of you. Vicky

I had a fantastic day. David is a fantastic instructor. I learned so much, and my driving has improved immensely. I like his style, his calmness and patience. I would highly recommend, and I am really happy I did this. It is honestly one of the best things I've ever done.
