Teaching the fundamentals of the police's Roadcraft framework.

For open minded drivers excited about learning the basics of advanced driving.

Getting Serious about Driving

Our level two course is the introduction to the Police’s system of advanced driving known as Roadcraft.

It’s a framework of driving that brings much rigour to the task of driving and demands a higher level of commitment from drivers.

We turn off the ‘autopilot’ that regular drivers develop and coach a more deliberate style of driving where every element of the environment is considered.

Information is gathered from all around to inform every move, potentially at pace. That information is then used to make clear decisions about speed, the position of the car on the road, appropriate use of brakes, accelerator and gears, and consideration for how other motorists will interpret your actions.

Overall the goal is to achieve ‘flow’: smooth progress, no drama and taking advantage of the opportunities to ‘make progress’ where circumstances allow.

Driving Deconstructed

As an experienced driver interested in advanced driving, we hope you'll already be driving to a higher standard than the general motoring public, but we'll start by deconstructing your current style and looking at the fundamentals.
